Mountain-facing lot located directly across from dog-friendly roundabout w/ fountain, seating w/ fruit trees, and a short walk to the main restaurant, exercise, and hot tub. No direct sun on the windshield in summer, yet sun/shade is desired on the lot with automated landscape lighting. Open for guest use: Swimming pool, outdoor kitchen with BBQ, 2 refrigerators, dishwasher, sink, seating, TV, and awning. Pergola-covered shade structure w/ satellite TV, stereo, ceiling fan with 4 sunshades, two chairs, couch, table, and footrests. Not open for guest use: Casita, Firepit, and Fountain.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
  • Pool heated November 01 – Apr 01 (No pool heat surcharge)
  • Not open for guest use: Casita, Firepit and fountain.
  • MCC accommodates Class A Motorhomes, 30'-45' ONLY. We will not be able to accommodate your stay and you will be turned away if your coach does not meet these requirements.
  • Coaches older than 10 years require approval. Please e-mail a minimum of 4 photos of the entire coach to info@motorcoachccreservations.com before booking.
  • Coach and Tow Vehicle must be free of signage and advertising, recreational vehicles such as sprinter vans, trucks w/ camper shell, etc. are not allowed. No trailers or tow dollies are allowed at MCC.
  • Each site can accommodate up to 6 guests and 2 pets maximum.
  • Rental lots do not offer Wi-Fi or Cable unless noted under description/amenities.
  • Check-in time is anytime between 1:00 pm 10:00 pm. Guests who arrive after 10:00 pm will be asked to stay in the staging lanes overnight so as not to disturb other guests members.

DEPOSIT/FEES CANCELLATION POLICY:
  • Motorcoach Country Club will collect a 50% deposit at the time of booking.
  • Final payment will be required and collected before check-in. If you have a card on file, it will be automatically charged close to the time of your arrival.
  • Each lot will be charged a one-time cleaning fee before check-in.
  • Any damage caused by rental guests will be charged to your reservation.
  • Please dispose of any pet waste on the rental lot before checking out, you will be charged an additional fee if any waste is left or if any additional cleaning is required by our team.
Weekly Reservations (2 to 14 nights):
100% of the deposit will be charged as a fee when canceled less than fourteen (14) days before arrival (after 12 pm). Reservations canceled at any time after booking are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Monthly Reservations (15-30 nights):
100% of the deposit will be charged as a fee when canceled less than fourteen (14) days prior to arrival (after 12 pm). Reservations canceled more than fourteen (14) days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee of one-half of the 50% deposit.

Special Events:
(Including but not limited to Coachella Fest, Stagecoach, Special Resort Events, etc.)
100% of the deposit is non-refundable after booking.
