This wonderful peaceful private enclosed lot can be your oasis and, offers excellent outdoor living space. This property has it all, a gorgeous pool and hot tub with a waterfall into the infinity pool. The nighttime ambiance in the backyard is second to none. The casita (9x13 structure) has a washroom shower and room with sofa & TV. The solid roof 2nd building structure is 14.5x 22.5 with auto shades, an oversized ceiling fan, and 2 infrared ceiling heaters. The Full kitchen comes with granite countertops, a fridge/ice maker, stove, dishwasher, microwave, and wine fridge. The eating area has an industrial dining island with stool seating of 6/8 also BBQ. The living room comes with a large reclining sofa and oversized chair, accent chair, and TV. Patio furniture includes a Dining table with umbrella & chairs, 2 lounge chairs plus a Lazy-boy sofa conversational set. with 2 additional Lazy-boy swivels with a large fire pit at the front of the lot. This privacy lot is completely enclosed for your pets.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

• This lot has a Pool/Heat surcharge, please select that option at check-out if you want to opt in.
• Please note that the casita is for use of Shower & Toilet only not for sleeping quarters.

• MCC accommodates Class A Motorhomes, 30'-45' ONLY. We will not be able to accommodate your stay and you will be turned away if your coach does not meet these requirements.
• Coaches older than 10 years require approval. Please e-mail a minimum of 4 photos of the entire coach to info@motorcoachccreservations.com before booking.
• Coach and Tow Vehicle must be free of signage and advertising, recreational vehicles such as sprinter vans, trucks w/ camper shell, etc. are not allowed. No trailers or tow dollies are allowed at MCC.
• Each site can accommodate up to 6 guests and 2 pets maximum.
• Rental lots do not offer Wi-Fi or Cable unless noted under description/amenities.
• Check-in time is anytime between 1:00 pm 10:00 pm. Guests who arrive after 10:00 pm will be asked to stay in the staging lanes overnight so as not to disturb other guests members.

• Motorcoach Country Club will collect a 50% deposit at the time of booking.
• Final payment will be required and collected before check-in. If you have a card on file, it will be automatically charged close to the time of your arrival.
• Each lot will be charged a one-time cleaning fee before check-in.
• Any damage caused by rental guests will be charged to your reservation.
• Please dispose of any pet waste on the rental lot before checking out, you will be charged an additional fee if any waste is left or if any additional cleaning is required by our team.

Weekly Reservations (2 to 14 nights):
100% of the deposit will be charged as a fee when canceled less than fourteen (14) days before arrival (after 12 pm). Reservations canceled at any time after booking are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Monthly Reservations (15-30 nights):
100% of the deposit will be charged as a fee when canceled less than fourteen (14) days prior to arrival (after 12 pm). Reservations canceled more than fourteen (14) days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee of one-half of the 50% deposit.

Special Events:
(Including but not limited to Coachella Fest, Stagecoach, Special Resort Events, etc.)
100% of the deposit is non-refundable after booking.
