Situated in a prime location of the resort with easy access to pools, restaurants, tennis courts, pickleball court, gym, and mail room. This property has a wonderful view of the gorgeous Santa Rosa mountains. You should see the sunsets from here. There are fully grown perfectly shaped date palms that provide a canopy with lots of flowers for color. The flowers are all in bloom. There is a newly installed handrail down to the boat dock. Turn around and look back at the infinity edge pool and spa with 3 extra-large built-in resort umbrellas. The pool and spa were built just 2 years ago. Enjoy the "top of the line" comfy, patio swivel chairs surrounding the fire pit. Enjoy the cracked aqua glass in the fire pit. It twinkles at night. We enjoy watching the neighbors go up and down the waterways in their boats full of friends and family. A wave and a hello are sure to come. In the outdoor area, there is a built-in barbecue under the pergola with a deep stainless sink a garbage disposal, and a small refrigerator under the counter. The casita has a stack washer and dryer and a full-size refrigerator. All just a year old. It has plenty of storage room and includes a full-sized bathroom with a shower.

• MCC accommodates Class A Motorhomes, 30'-45' ONLY. We will not be able to accommodate your stay and you will be turned away if your coach does not meet these requirements.
• Coaches older than 10 years require approval. Please e-mail a minimum of 4 photos of the entire coach to info@motorcoachccreservations.com before booking.
• Coach and Tow Vehicle must be free of signage and advertising, recreational vehicles such as sprinter vans, trucks w/ camper shell, etc. are not allowed. No trailers or tow dollies are allowed at MCC.
• Each site can accommodate up to 6 guests and 2 pets maximum.
• Rental lots do not offer Wi-Fi or Cable unless noted under description/amenities.
• Check-in time is anytime between 1:00 pm & 10:00 pm. Guests who arrive after 10:00 pm will be asked to stay in the staging lanes overnight so as not to disturb other guests & members. 

DEPOSIT/FEES & CANCELLATION POLICY:

• Motorcoach Country Club will collect a 50% deposit at the time of booking.
• Final payment will be required and collected before check-in. If you have a card on file, it will be automatically charged close to the time of your arrival.
• Each lot will be charged a one-time cleaning fee before check-in.
• Any damage caused by rental guests will be charged to your reservation.
• Please dispose of any pet waste on the rental lot before checking out, you will be charged an additional fee if any waste is left or if any additional cleaning is required by our team.

Weekly Reservations (2 to 14 nights):
100% of the deposit will be charged as a fee when canceled less than fourteen (14) days before arrival (after 12 pm). Reservations canceled at any time after booking are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Monthly Reservations (15-30 nights):
100% of the deposit will be charged as a fee when canceled less than fourteen (14) days prior to arrival (after 12 pm). Reservations canceled more than fourteen (14) days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee of one-half of the 50% deposit.

Special Events:
(Including but not limited to Coachella Fest, Stagecoach, Special Resort Events, etc.)
100% of the deposit is non-refundable after booking.
