MOTORCOACH COUNTRY CLUB PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION

MOTORCOACH COUNTRY CLUB IS A
CLASS-A ONLY MOTORCOACH RESORT

Please ensure you understand the type of motorhome you own and that it meets these requirements before arrival. It is the responsibility of each guest and owner to verify compliance. Reservations made for motorhomes that do not qualify as Class A will be considered invalid, and no refunds will be issued. Access to the resort will not be permitted for any coach that does not meet these requirements.

Guest and Association hereby agree as follows:
Any payment received by Motorcoach Country Club Property Owners Association for the rental lot signifies full acceptance of the terms outlined in the Reservation Agreement. Policies are strictly enforced. It is the responsibility of all guests and everyone in their party to familiarize themselves with and follow all rental policies. We strongly recommend that you read this Agreement thoroughly before your arrival.

Renter Requirements
This Reservation Agreement is entered into by and between Motorcoach Country Club Property Owners Association and {reservations.first_name} {reservations.last_name} (the “Guest”) for the purpose of reserving Lot {reservations.unit_name} (the “Lot”) for a future rental. For legal and accounting purposes, the individual placing the reservation must be the same person whose name appears on the credit/debit card used for payment. This individual is considered the Guest. All other individuals associated with the rental are deemed the Guest’s invitees. Accordingly, all communication regarding the reservation, including cancellations, changes, and damage-related matters, will be conducted exclusively with the Guest, not with any of their invitees.

Requirements and Verification for Motorhomes & Tow Vehicles
Motorcoach Country Club only accommodates Class A Motorhomes, ranging in size from 30 to 45 feet in length. (Length is measured by the body of the coach, not bumper to bumper.) Guests will not be permitted to check in until the motorhome is physically present in the MCC staging lanes for on-site verification.

To maintain the high aesthetic standards of the resort, all coaches must be in good condition, free of: Significant body damage, broken or patched windows, visible rust, peeling paint, or any missing or makeshift bodywork. Motorcoach Country Club reserves the right to cancel any reservation upon arrival if the coach is found to be in poor condition or an obvious state of disrepair.

For motorhomes over 10 years old, rental guests are required to submit recent color photographs showing all sides of the coach and the license plate before reservation approval. Motorcoach Country Club reserves the right to cancel any reservation upon arrival if the coach is found to be in poor condition or in an obvious state of disrepair. If you are unsure whether your motor home meets resort standards, it is essential to seek approval in advance.

PLEASE NOTE:
Reservations will not be refundable if your motor home is
turned away upon arrival due to failure to receive prior approval.

No signage or advertising is permitted on either the coach or the tow vehicles. Tow vehicles must not be recreational vehicles of any kind (e.g., no campers, converted vans, etc.). Trailers and tow dollies are not permitted past the front gate and must be stored off-site before arrival. Please make the necessary arrangements in advance.

Visitor parking is allowed on both sides of the Clubhouse. No parking on the streets or on any lot other than the one you are staying on. No parking or overnight parking at the satellite buildings unless you are utilizing the amenities.
